Sparks Mill Works is a North Carolina-based construction firm that specializes in commercial and residential millwork and cabinetry. We were founded in 2013 in San Antonio but have worked in Austin, Atlanta, New York, Las Vegas. We also design and build unique living spaces to suit the needs and desires of homeowners.

Rick Sparks, founder and CEO, is the primary designer and craftsman and has a background in framing, furniture building, home construction and renovations. He earned his MBA from UTSA in 2011 but when he realized could never be as happy in a boardroom as in his wood shop, his wife convinced him to found Sparks Mill Works.
